Dr. Rosalba Balderas
Family Nurse Practitioner
Rosalba Balderas was raised in San Benito, Texas. She received Associate Degree in Nursing Degree from the University of Texas at Brownsville in 2010. She later earned Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree in 2016 from the University of Texas at Arlington. In 2020 she graduated with Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. She has been a Family Nurse Practitioner since December, 2020 and joined Kuye Medical Clinic in September 2021. Previously, Rosalba worked at Valley Baptist Medical Center for the last 10 years. The first two years she worked in the Endoscopy or GI lab and remaining 8 years she worked in Intensive Care Unit. She was part of the Float Pool which means she would work where she was needed including Medical ICU, Coronary ICU, Neuro Intensive Care Unit, Stroke Unit, ER and all the medical surgical floors. During 2014-2020 she also held part-time position as a pediatric home health registered nurse.
Rosalba is currently an active member of Texas Nurse Practitioners Association. Along the other health care providers from Kuye Medical Clinic, her goal is to provide high-quality health care and promote health and wellness to the elderly population in the various skilled nursing facilities and to those in need of primary care at Kuye Medical Clinic.

With a distinguished medical education in Nigeria, the United Kingdom, and New York, Dr. Kuye brings his years of medical training and expertise together with a team of practitioners to provide individualized healthcare to the RGV.
Dr. Taiwo Kuye, M.D.
Dr. Taiwo Kuye has always been very passionate about caring for people and helping her patients live healthy lifestyles. After earning a medical education in New York, Grenada, and Texas, she now brings her passion for patient care, prompt diagnosis, and expert treatment of illness to her work at Kuye Medical Group.
Rene Torres
PA-C
Rene Torres was born and raised in the RGV and now gives back to his community through expert medical care honed over the course of the last 15 years. With experience and education in both family and internal medicine, Dr. Torres provides compassionate and life-changing medical care to a wide array of patients throughout the Valley. When he is not in the clinic, you can expect him to be spending quality time with his family and friends.
Mark Bailey

FNP, BSN, FIAMA
Dr. Bailey's 39 years of experience in the medical field, along with a commitment to the individual needs of his patients, has earned him 20 different certificates and awards, including in the areas of spinal trauma and soft tissue injuries, he provides critical services with compassion and skill to each of his patients. When he is not in the clinic or on the golf course, you can find him socializing with family and friends.
Erick del Monte PA-C
Erick del Monte, PA-C, started his medical career as a biology major at UT Brownsville and later UT Rio Grande Valley, where he graduated in 2018 as a Physician Assistant. Since then, he has gathered experience in multiple areas, including wound care management, internal medicine, orthopedics, urgent care, and post acute management. Today, he uses this experience to improve the overall health of his patients who suffer from a wide variety of health concerns.
